TOPIC 02: Is it Possible to Change Employees/Others?

Problem-solving is generally a method of treating the symptoms faced on a moment & might only solves the current problems. However, by understanding & discovering the blind spots of different common behaviours of one, and master with the coaching strategy, a leader can help their team member for better self-awareness and leading them to an ultimate growth, and thus achieving a “Change for Better”.

By knowing how to perceive the others emotions and understanding well of the principles for Resolving Emotional Interference, an effective communication at workplace is achievable at all time.

Cancellation:

1.    Course Fee is non refundable;

2.    The seat is transferable with the condition that the organiser must be notified at least ONE WEEK before course commencement. RM60 will be charge as admin fee

3.    If the course is cancelled due to any reasons, the course fee will be fully refunded. (excluded admin fee paid due to transfer seat)
