[ONLINE] EXPLORE & TRANSFORM MY PERSONAL ICEBERG
The Personal Iceberg Metaphor of Satir Growth Model provides a way for us to explore our inner world. Through the exploration of the personal iceberg, we can learn more about ourselves and others, which would lead us to have better interactions with each other and
connecting each other’s life force to live a better life. In these four lessons, we will follow the veins of the iceberg metaphor, explore the psychological processes of the personal iceberg, and learn to look at the inner world of us and others with a rich perspective.
Session 1: Understanding the Iceberg Metaphor
Session 2: Connecting to the Inner Experience
Session 3: Exploring the Various Levels of Iceberg Experience
Session 4: Initiating Positive Transformation
